In thermography credibility is EVERYTHING – Infraspection Institute is the oldest IR training and certification firm in the world. An Infraspection certified infrared Thermographer title is an indication of ones formal training, this training cannot be completed in New Zealand.

“Certified Thermographer” has become a generic title, unfortunately this title has been diminished due to misuse and abuse, therefore on its own holds little credibility. Infraspection Institute Certification from the USA makes a difference, as it is recognized world wide for its leading and standard setting training courses carried out highly experienced level III thermographers.

Our Thermographer has a Level I Infraspection institute certification, #9936 as shown below with the intention of quickly becoming Level II and III. As part of the Level I course our Thermographers training was in accordance to ISO18436-1, ISO18436-3 and ISO18436-7.

The equipment we will be using to carryout our thorough inspection and reporting is a Testo 885-2 SET purchased from a highly skilled and highly regarded Level III Thermographer in Australia.
